Workshop on Modern Approaches to High Throughput Sequencing
Scope/Topic
May 5, 2013 - May 8, 2013 The Jackson Laboratory, Bar Harbor ME
Course is full, we are no longer taking applications.
The high-throughput sequencing (HTS) workshop will provide attendees with both theoretical and practical training in HTS. Lectures on HTS technologies and associated approaches to data analysis will be interwoven with hands-on laboratory training on DNA-seq library preparation, sequencing on the Illumina MiSeq and data analysis. Attendees will walk away with HTS data that they have generated and access to a cloud-based analysis pipeline in which they can put to use the knowledge they have attained.
